"How to" Cookery Day

Want to know the secret to a perfect sponge cake? Or learn how to line a cake tin without leaving any lines on the finished cake? Ever wanted to know why no CWA lady - EVER - has cake cooling rack marks on the bottom of her cake?

Wonder no more.

Join Pat Boyer -  Phillip Group's Cookery Officer and offical CWA judge - for a CWA Cookery Competition "how to" day and learn all the tricks of the CWA to ensure your cake is competition ready!

We ask that attendees to bring (i) a cake tin, so you can participate in the cake tin lining tutorial; and (ii) an item from the 2017-2018 Land Cookery Schedule (i.e. cake, jam or preserve), so there are items which Pat can judge and provide feedback on.
