From Citrus to Marmalade

We celebrated citrus season with a marmalade-making workshop hosted by Cookery Officer Jeannette Tran at North Sydney Community Centre. Eleven members joined us to make delicious tangelo and orange marmalades, including some first-time jam makers. Keep an eye out for our latest batch at our upcoming market stalls!
A tasty start to the new year

To kick off the start to a busy and exciting new year, our members got together for delicious Korean BBQ in Sydney's CBD. As part of our International Country of Study for the year, this feast was also the first of many fun activities planned for 2026.
Supporting the Red Cross Blood Bank with Anzac biscuits

Our members got to baking biscuits to help support the generous efforts of blood donors and Blood Bank staff alike following the tragic Bondi attack in December. We'll continue to bake to show our thanks in support of the amazing job the Red Cross does for our community every day.
