Join us for a fun and informative Cookery “How To” Day with members of the State Land Cookery Committee & Judges. This is both a learning day and a judging practice day, providing a great opportunity to bring along your entries, learn from experienced judges, and improve your cookery skills.
Entry cost: $5 per person
What to Bring:
Please bring baked items, jams, chutneys, relishes and Junior entries from the 2026–2027 Schedule for judging and feedback. Please also bring your “flops”! These are excellent learning tools and provide an opportunity to discuss what went wrong, why it happened, and how to improve next time.
Interested in becoming a Cookery Judge:
If you are interested in sitting the Cookery Judges’ Exams, this is a great opportunity to meet and chat with members of the State Land Cookery Committee. They will be available to answer questions about the judging process, requirements and exams.
Come along, bring your questions (and your cooking!), and enjoy a day of learning, sharing and improving your skills.
